Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and train team members to achieve high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
