We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Manage the Shift: Oversee a team of 8-10 food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Estimate and Order Ingredients: Plan and order ingredients to meet customer demand, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure Food Service and Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastages to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development to staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Address Employee Concerns: Listen to and address employee concerns, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to work in a standing environment for extended periods.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $14.00 to $16.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
