Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at BCB Canada. This is a permanent position offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and will be provided with training to succeed in this role.

Work Environment

The successful applicant will benefit from relocation costs covered by the employer and must be willing to relocate as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute materials appropriately.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
