- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and develop schedules to meet business needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
