Position Overview: Sales Team Leader

In this capacity, you will oversee the sales of our innovative business solutions to merchants across various sectors. Collaborating closely with your supervisor, you will engage with business proprietors, showcasing our offerings to secure sales in diverse industries including dining, retail, healthcare, hospitality, automotive services, and beauty establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying prospects and delivering compelling sales presentations
  • Articulating our unique value proposition to potential clients
  • Finalizing sales of payment processing solutions
  • Informing merchants about the intricacies of the payment processing landscape
  • Maintaining consistent communication with your supervisor
  • Providing training and mentorship to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) under your guidance
  • Building networks to attract skilled sales representatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in managing teams within a sales or support context
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales objectives
  • Strong skills in cold calling
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously
  • Highly organized with a strong emphasis on relationship management
  • Professional, motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience in the payment processing sector is advantageous
