About the Role

iA Financial Group is a dynamic and growing organization with an ambitious growth plan. We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Director of Change Management and Organizational Design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for implementing change management and organizational design strategies, plans, and activities to achieve desired results in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop change management solutions based on business strategy, organizational culture, and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and implement new organizational structures, tactics, and roadmaps to accelerate business results and ensure sustainability of change.
  • Develop change sponsorship capacity in collaboration with managers, providing informed leadership, guidance, support, and direction.
  • Direct and guide evolving change management and organizational design practices to continuously adapt to business transformation and changing business needs.
  • Ensure sound budget management, request management, consulting mandates, capacity tracking, and assignments.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals; recognize and reward performance, coach, and support employees in their achievements and professional development.

About You

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in change management, including the successful implementation of complex transformation initiatives.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Project management, planning, and budgeting experience.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team spirit, ability to mobilize teams, and promote collaborative work between teams and functions.
  • Strong communication and influence skills.
  • Deep knowledge and experience of organizational design principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • A business acumen to align business objectives and HR strategies with the organization's objectives.
  • Excellent ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop solutions and recommendations to resolve complex and multidimensional problems.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Change management certification, an asset.
