Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at DRJ Group Canada INC. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer customer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Attend to seating arrangements for large groups.
  • Greet customers and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Perform opening and closing activities.
  • Receive customer reservations and assign tables.
  • Receive payments from customers.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Client focus.
  • Flexibility.

  • Team player.
Work Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
