As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will craft the Starbucks Experience for our customers through outstanding service and expertly prepared products. You will thrive in a dynamic store atmosphere where you can refine your food and beverage skills, collaborate with colleagues, and meet new individuals every day. A simple cup of coffee and a smile can significantly enhance a customer's day, and we believe our baristas can create those memorable moments. Are comfortable managing responsibilities such as cash handling and ensuring store safety. Can maintain composure in a fast-paced, lively work environment. Keep a clean and organized workspace. Oversee the team and manage store operations. Possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

Must hold Starbucks Barista certification obtained within the last 6 months. Must be able to commute; transportation options are available.

Basic Qualifications

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation. Engage with and understand our customers, including identifying and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers, including modifications such as temperature, ingredient quantity, or substitutions. Be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to learn swiftly. Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
