As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering the Starbucks Experience to our customers through outstanding service and expertly crafted products. You are comfortable managing responsibilities such as cash handling and ensuring store safety. You can maintain composure in a fast-paced, energetic work setting. You can keep your workspace clean and organized. You are capable of managing the team and overseeing store operations. You possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

Must be Starbucks Barista certified within the last 6 months. Must be able to commute; paid parking or transit options are available.

Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Adhere to store operating policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation. Engage with and understand our customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication. Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them for customers, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions. Be available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to learn quickly. Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to build relationships.
