Exciting Opportunity: Operations Supervisor Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Young St Karaoke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our karaoke venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Handle emergency situations with professionalism and poise, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including sound and lighting systems.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Order necessary supplies and materials to maintain a well-stocked and efficient operation.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Address complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of our clients.
