About the Role

The Customer Experience Manager is a key leadership position at Victoria's Secret, responsible for delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager and is a values-based leader who embodies the company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Floor: Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
  • Operational Excellence: Support operational excellence through maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
  • Direct Reports: Manage and develop direct reports, including Customer Experience Leads and Associates.
  • Store Leadership Team: Participate in the Store Leadership Team, leading and demonstrating company values, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and conducting associate observations and coaching.
Requirements
  • Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand: Demonstrate a passion for the Victoria's Secret brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership Experience: Possess 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Have a strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
  • Adaptability: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing business needs.
Compensation

The estimated range of compensation for this role is $24.85 - $34.60 per hour, depending on experience and location.
