This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and grow top-line sales by leading the sales floor and coaching the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
- Review business reports and insights to take immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- Select and develop direct reports to the next level and create an environment where people do their best work.
- Monitor and track progress, incorporating feedback into decision-making.
- Link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
- Influence cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done.
- Possess a passion for the Victoria's Secret brand.
- Have experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
- Be able to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
- Have a sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
- Have experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
- Be able to monitor/track progress and incorporate feedback into decision-making.
- Have proven ability to link company strategies to day-to-day activities and inspire a team to deliver total company contribution.
- Have experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings to get things done.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Be able to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
- Be able to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
- Have 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
The estimated range of compensation for this role is $24.85 - $34.60 per hour. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, and geographic location.
