About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 1882014 ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
    • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety protocols.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and development, including menu expansion, marketing initiatives, and partnerships.
    • Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
