Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at India Paradise Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional plans
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and increasing sales
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
