Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at India Paradise Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and supply chain management.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
