About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and directing our customer base and regional end-user representatives to achieve sales growth and exceed budget targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry or role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding budget expectations
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel frequently, as required
