Site Superintendent Job Description

Drake International is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors.
  • Implement Quality Control Programs and maintain cost control throughout construction.
  • Collaborate with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferably educated in construction, building technology, or engineering.
  • Certified with NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter ticket (preferred).
  • Experience in managing projects over $15 million.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid, clean Driver's license and willingness to travel.
