Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at BOOST MECHANICAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting site progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all site operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of using project management software and other relevant tools.
