Job Title: Site Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Northcan Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Plan and organize daily site operations, including supervising staff and subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with site staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:

The Site Superintendent will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.

The working language is English.

Work Schedule:
