Insurance Underwriter Job Description at ALLTIME INVESTMENTS INC

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our team at ALLTIME INVESTMENTS INC. As an Insurance Underwriter, you will play a critical role in evaluating insurance risks and determining insurance premiums for individual and group applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review individual and group applications for insurance to determine coverage and premiums
* Evaluate new and renewal applications to determine insurance risks and premiums
* Use medical reports, rate tables, and other documents to determine coverage
* Ensure compliance with government regulations
* Provide recommendations on individual or group insurance plan designs
* Provide underwriting advice and prepare underwriting reports

**Requirements**

* 2 years of experience in insurance underwriting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Membership in the Insurance Institute of Canada

**Work Environment**

* 35 hours per week
* English language
