We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator at The Distillery Restaurants Corp. As a prominent player in the hospitality industry, The Distillery Restaurants Corp. is known for its exceptional venues and culinary experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize brand standards and resources to design graphics for digital platforms and promotional materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication between The Distillery Restaurants Corp. and external vendors.
  • Plan and oversee in-house photoshoots with management, culinary teams, and photographers.
  • Respond to urgent creative needs by executing last-minute photoshoots and content.
  • Develop content for on-site events and activations.
  • Ensure consistent interaction with the external social media consulting team.
  • Regularly update and maintain six restaurant websites, including promotional content and menu changes.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce materials for major events and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct weekly briefings with the social media team and executive leadership to report on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and submit all marketing-related invoices and payments.
  • Order necessary restaurant supplies regularly.
  • Coordinate partnerships with influencers alongside restaurant management.
  • Foster a workplace culture rooted in respect, hospitality, and the delivery of high-quality service and cuisine.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with guests, employees, leadership, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
