Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
