Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration, with a CHRP designation or CPHR designation in progress.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a Human Resource environment, with a proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge: General knowledge of training and development, HRIS, compensation, pension, and benefits, occupational health and safety, and organizational design.
  • Personal Qualities: Motivated team player with a demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service, building partnerships, and sustaining cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization.
