Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultation and support to our designated business unit. The successful candidate will define and execute HR strategies that enable the accomplishment of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews to make actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Provide HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, and coaching.
  • Manage core HR processes across products, including performance calibration, compensation cycle, and promotions.
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational change and effectively managing change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration.
  • Over 5 years' experience in a Human Resource environment.
  • General knowledge of training and development, HRIS, and organizational design.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
