About the Role

MCD McKesson Canada Corporation / La Corporation McKesson Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Engagement Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy Development

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

IT Roadmap Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT roadmaps that support business growth and innovation.

Business Partnership

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive business growth and innovation.

Supply Chain Innovation

Identify and implement innovative supply chain solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Portfolio Management

Oversee the development and implementation of business unit portfolios, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

Business Case Development

Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

IT Demand Management

Manage IT demand and prioritize projects to ensure alignment with business needs and IT constraints.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, distribution operations, life sciences, and/or customer operations.
  • Effective leadership and training skills, with experience leading multiple, highly diverse teams.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to collaborate and influence decisions at SVP and/or business units president level.
  • Relocation and/or sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Advanced understanding of current and emerging healthcare analytics methodologies and applications in various sectors.
  • Domain expert in the IT area, with deep knowledge of technology solutions; with healthcare IT preferred.
