We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our global functions group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in fostering a collaborative environment that drives world-class professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders to understand and influence the organization's strategy and goals.
- Coach leaders on their effectiveness and help solve business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questioning, and creative thinking.
- Support teams in business transformation strategies and activities, including organizational design, change management, and more.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Global Practices to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that enhance organizational capability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Engaging leadership with the ability to influence and drive results.
