Job Title: Business Engagement Partner - Supply Chain Expert

McKesson Canada Corporation / La Corporation McKesson Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Engagement Partner - Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and drive supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business units to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business cases for supply chain optimization and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize IT demand and portfolio to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, finance, distribution operations, life sciences, and/or customer operations.
  • Effective leadership, training, presentation skills, and experience leading multiple, highly diverse teams to achieve results.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to collaborate and influence decisions at SVP and/or business units president level.
  • Relocation and/or sponsorship is not available for this role.

Education:
  • Master's Degree is considered an advantage

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
