We are in search of approachable and self-assured Security Officers to operate at various sites. This encompasses retail establishments, educational campuses, shopping centers, residential complexes, corporate buildings, construction zones, and much more. Our management collaborates with our personnel to identify a role and location that aligns with their lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support, fostering effective relationships with clients and visitors.
  • Conduct proactive patrols to maintain overall safety. Address violations of site regulations and document any issues.
  • Respond to security alarms and emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • De-escalate crisis situations and provide assistance while coordinating with emergency services.
  • Manage crowd control and remove unauthorized individuals from the premises.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive reports, including incident, emergency, liability, and daily activity reports.
  • Administer first aid when necessary.
  • Utilize communication devices and software to relay site activities.

  • You hold a valid security license or are willing to obtain one prior to starting with Paladin Security.
