Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at 10100432 Manitoba Ltd. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing various types of floor coverings, including carpeting, resilient flooring, and hardwood floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring they are clean and free of contaminants.
  • Material Installation: Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient flooring, and hardwood floors to the required specifications.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and prepare floors for new installations.
  • Removal and Disposal: Remove existing floor coverings and dispose of them properly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
