About the Role

Celebrity Flooring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation by measuring, marking, and cleaning as needed.
  • Install Flooring: Install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure and cut materials to the correct size and shape, using specialized equipment and tools.
  • Prepare Estimates and Quotations: Prepare estimates and quotations for clients, taking into account the type and quantity of materials required, as well as labor costs.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that installations meet our high standards and client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with exposure to dust, odors, and other hazards.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and kneel for extended periods, as well as handle heavy loads.
