About the Role

Celebrity Flooring Ltd. is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality flooring installations that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Measure Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and measure them accurately to ensure a proper fit.
  • Prepare Flooring Plans: Prepare detailed flooring plans and scheduling to ensure efficient installation.
  • Install Flooring: Install various types of flooring, including carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors.
  • Remove Existing Floor Coverings: Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that installations meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in flooring installation.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 30 to 60 hours per week. You will be working on-site at various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
