Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Rocky's Donair Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with suppliers, and cost products and services to drive sales growth.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Excel, MS Office, and other software to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
