Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Rocky's Donair Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, including social media promotions and loyalty programs.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
