Job Summary

CHALO FRESHCO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
    • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve store operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
