Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Client Support: Assist clients and guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work for hotel staff, including hiring and training new employees.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of hotel operations.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
- Work Term: Permanent position with regular working hours.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
