Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that the hotel is clean and well-maintained, and that all facilities are in good working order.
- Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Financial Management
- Manage the hotel's budget and ensure that expenses are controlled and that revenue is maximized.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
