Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, including coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
