Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff
- Direct and supervise the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running efficiently.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including those with special needs or requirements.
- Manage Hotel Operations
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, including equipment and machinery.
- Ensure that all hotel systems, including computer systems and telecommunication systems, are functioning properly.
- Recruit and Train Staff
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage Hotel Supplies and Materials
- Requisition and manage hotel supplies and materials, including linens, cleaning products, and other essential items.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Work Environment
- Willing to relocate to Kingston.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
