Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, responsible for delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. This role is vital in ensuring that the specific needs of patients, healthcare professionals, and program requirements are met. The CSR is expected to consistently embody the MediSystem vision of providing outstanding experiences through superior service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality support across various areas, including orders, billing, logistics, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
  • Act as an internal advocate for customers, facilitating communication between Operations and other departments.
  • Address product or service issues by clarifying customer inquiries, identifying the root cause, and determining effective solutions.
  • Efficiently gather customer information and escalate issues to the Customer Service Lead when necessary.
  • Maintain open communication with team members, peers, and management to enhance learning and problem-solving.
  • Update customer records in the internal database as required.
  • Exhibit professionalism and build positive relationships with clients during every interaction.
  • Provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Utilize automated systems to assess customer situations effectively.
  • Engage in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proven decision-making abilities.
  • Strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous.
