As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our fashion collections, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and style.

Your primary focus will be on creating innovative and visually stunning designs that reflect the brand's aesthetic and values. You will work closely with our design team to conceptualize and develop new ideas, and collaborate with our production team to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement design strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand vision and goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences to inform design decisions

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a senior design role
* Proven track record of creating successful fashion collections
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
