About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at AMYGRATION PROFESSIONAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES INC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor junior graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality design output.
  • Design and Estimation
    • Estimate time and resources required to complete graphic design projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Consultation
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and objectives, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of graphic design production, including print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
  • Subcontracting and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design Development
    • Develop and refine graphic design concepts, ensuring they meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Guidelines and Standards
    • Establish and maintain design guidelines, typography standards, and illustration banks to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Pre-production and Design
    • Prepare and develop design concepts, sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, using existing resources and best practices.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • Relevant work experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional services or creative agency setting.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Arrangements
    • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
