About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Textile Design Specialist to join our team at Shivroop Textile Inc. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of our fabrics, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop new fabric collections, taking into account the latest trends and consumer preferences.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of designers and production staff to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our fabrics meet our quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and to develop fabrics that meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Textile Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Skills: Excellent design and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of textile production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
