Program Assistant - Administrative Support

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team at the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC).

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to our program team, including responding to verbal and written communication, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update various documents, reports, and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
  • Authorize expense reimbursements and invoices, and maintain accurate records of expenditures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff, stakeholders, and the public.
