Customer Service Representative, Residential Services, Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Residential Services team at Bell Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing tailored communication and connectivity solutions to our customers, creating sales leads through local marketing programs, outreach, and store events, and embodying the Bell brand as an ambassador in your community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and product offerings to provide informed solutions to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
