Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YM Inc. (Sales). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
