Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to join our team. As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit risk, developing and implementing credit policies, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective credit management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's credit risk, including credit analysis, credit scoring, and credit decision-making
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective credit management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and operations teams, to ensure effective credit management
  • Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in credit management, preferably in a similar industry
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • CCP designation or equivalent
  • Superior analytical and communication skills
  • College or university diploma/degree preferred

  • Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 plus bonus, commensurate on experience

Please note that, whilst not expected, the company may pay at a rate outside of the range for this role where appropriate. Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors.

The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of British Columbia.
