We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Financing Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Home Financing Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize residential mortgage business from third-party referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and other centres of influence to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct mortgage seminars and workshops to educate clients and promote our mortgage products.
- Build and execute marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Work closely with our Sales Leaders and Home Financing Lending Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- 3-5 years of industry-related experience with a deep understanding of the local market.
- Strong sales management experience and ability to market ourselves, the mortgage business, and Scotiabank effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of mortgage lending policies and procedures.
- A boutique feel with a focus on home financing solutions.
- Access to an industry-leading suite of mortgage products, including our iconic STEP product.
- A dedicated Home Financing Lending Manager for one-touch service.
- Unique lead generation programs, marketing and social selling programs, and Salesforce CRM.
