Mortgage Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their goal of buying a home.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Residential Financing Strategies: Work with clients to identify their financial needs and develop tailored financing solutions to meet their goals.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external real estate partners, including realtors and builders, to stay up-to-date on market trends and offer solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal partners to take charge of or refer clients and increase client retention.
- Business Development: Organize and participate in business development activities and events to drive growth and revenue.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Rigorously apply established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed.
- Knowledge Development: Continuously develop and update knowledge of National Bank mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage market.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development, with a strong understanding of commission-based sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage different stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Mortgage Credit Solutions: Knowledge of mortgage credit solutions and financing products.
