Process Optimization Specialist

Your Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our process improvement consulting practice. As a Process Design Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Solution Design Team, where you will develop custom solutions that drive business intelligence and enhance decision-making capabilities for our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion and effective resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Manage client relationships to build trust and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Guide strategic project direction to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Develop business solutions to improve business performance and efficiency.
- Design and develop dashboards and other visualization tools to help clients make informed decisions.
- Map systems' interconnectivity and other relevant processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Guide deliverables to completion and ensure high-quality results.
- Propose new and innovative tools and technologies to improve business processes.
- University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree).
- 2+ years of consulting or relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience with programming language.
- Prior experience managing projects end to end.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft environment.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
- Considered to be an Asset: Lean Six Sigma Certifications, Aviation Industry Knowledge, PMP certification, Experience with Power Apps or equivalent.
