- Process Documentation: Document business processes and workflows in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of our processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met and that processes are aligned with organizational goals.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex problems, providing informed recommendations to improve processes and maximize return on investment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with non-technical staff and team members, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis or process improvement role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience in systems implementation and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to document business processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bilingual spoken and written in English and French, with the ability to communicate with suppliers outside of Canada.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
